Abuja: Turn the Skills You Already Have Into Real Income on Your Schedule

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You Think

If you live in Abuja, you already know how hard it is to find work that pays what you deserve and respects your time. Maybe you're between jobs, or your current work doesn't cover what you need, or you just want control over your own schedule. The truth is, the skills you use every day—driving across town, fixing things around the house, taking care of animals—have real value. People need this help, and they're willing to pay for it.

Lumo is a marketplace that connects independent contractors in Abuja with neighbors who need local jobs done. You choose which jobs to accept, set your own hours, and keep 90% of every naira you earn. You get paid the same day, directly to your account. No boss, no fixed shift, just work that fits your life.

Three Ways to Earn Right Now

Lumo is actively recruiting 300 contractors in Abuja across these job types:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Abuja by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the roads and can navigate traffic efficiently. You decide which deliveries to take and when.
• Handyman Repairs: Mount TVs, fix doors, patch walls, and handle small repairs around homes and offices. Ideal if you're good with tools and enjoy practical problem-solving. Accept the jobs that match your skills.
• Pet Care: Dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for people who work long hours or travel. Great if you're comfortable with animals and want flexible, rewarding work.
