Accra: Sign Up Now on Lumo and Be First in Line for Local Jobs

Work That Pays What You Deserve

If you live in Accra, you already know how tough it can be to find work that respects your time and pays fairly. Too many people with real skills—driving through traffic, caring for animals, assembling furniture—are underpaid or stuck waiting for opportunities that never quite come through.

Lumo is building something different: a marketplace where you control your schedule, choose the jobs you want, and keep 90% of what you earn. We're recruiting 300 contractors across Accra right now, so when local customers start posting jobs, you'll be first in line to accept them.

Three Types of Work, Your Choice

When you sign up, you'll have access to jobs across Accra in these categories:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter—perfect if you know the roads and neighbourhoods well
• Pet care: Dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for families who need trusted help with their animals
• Furniture assembly: Put together beds, desks, shelves, and flat-pack furniture for households and offices

You decide which jobs to accept, when you work, and where you go. No shifts imposed on you, no manager breathing down your neck.

Get Paid What Your Work Is Worth

On Lumo, you earn 90% of every job, and you get paid the same day. No waiting weeks for a paycheck, no surprise deductions.

And here's the loyalty bonus: complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo pays you an extra 1,166 GHS (about $100 USD). That's on top of what you've already earned.

Why Sign Up Now?

Jobs open as customers in Accra post them. By joining now, you'll be ready the moment work starts coming in—ahead of the crowd, with your profile set and your first bonus jobs waiting.
