Accra: Get Paid What You're Worth, The Same Day You Work

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid

If you live in Accra, you already know how hard it is to find work that pays what your time and effort are actually worth. Too many people with real skills—driving through traffic, keeping homes spotless, maintaining gardens—are stuck in situations where someone else sets the rate, takes most of the money, and makes them wait days or weeks to get paid.

That's exactly what Lumo is here to change. We're building a marketplace where people across Accra can offer the skills they already have, set their own schedules, and finally earn what their labor is worth. You keep 90% of every job you do, and you get paid the same day—no waiting, no wondering.

Three Ways to Earn on Your Own Terms

Lumo is looking for 300 independent contractors in Accra right now. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you know the roads and have reliable transport, you can accept delivery jobs that fit your day. You choose which deliveries to take.
• Home cleaning: apartments, homes and move-out cleans – Cleaning work is steady, necessary, and undervalued everywhere. On Lumo, you decide your rate and which jobs to accept, whether it's a regular apartment clean or a full move-out.
• Yard work: mowing, raking, hedge trimming and garden clean-ups – Outdoor maintenance is always in demand. If you're good with your hands and enjoy working outside, you choose the jobs that suit you.

Every job is yours to accept or decline. You're in control.

A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Real Work

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 1,167 GHS (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do the work.

Accra deserves a better way to connect skills with opportunities. If you're ready to earn what you're worth and get paid the same day, apply now on Lumo and start on your own terms.
