Ahmedabad: Get Paid What You're Worth, The Same Day You Work

Finding Fair Work in Ahmedabad Shouldn't Be This Hard

If you've been looking for work that respects your time and pays what you deserve, you're not alone. Too many people in Ahmedabad are working long hours for less than their skills and effort are worth. Whether you live in Satellite, Maninagar, or Vastrapur, you know how hard it can be to find flexible work that actually pays fairly.

Lumo is building a marketplace where local people do jobs for their neighbors—and finally get paid what their work is actually worth. We're recruiting 300 contractors across Ahmedabad right now. You choose when you work, which jobs you accept, and you keep 90% of every payment. No waiting weeks for your money: you get paid the same day you complete the job.

Three Types of Work, All on Your Schedule

Here's what contractors do on Lumo:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across the city by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know Ahmedabad's roads and want to move at your own pace. You decide which delivery jobs to take.
• Errands: Help neighbors with pharmacy runs, returns, waiting in line, and shopping trips. Ideal if you're organized and good at getting things done efficiently. Accept the errands that fit your day.
• Rides: Drive people to work, appointments, and the airport. Great for anyone with a reliable vehicle who enjoys meeting locals. You choose your passengers and routes.

Every job is one you accept—no one assigns you work you don't want.

A Loyalty Bonus for Ahmedabad Contractors

Complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo pays you a 9,490 INR (about $100 USD) loyalty bonus. It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do great work for their community.
