Almaty: Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid

Finding Work Shouldn't Be This Hard

Anyone in Almaty knows the job market right now is tough. You send applications, wait for callbacks, and too often the pay doesn't match the effort. Meanwhile, you already have skills that people need every single day—driving across town, caring for pets, picking up prescriptions, standing in line so someone else doesn't have to.

Those skills are worth real money. On Lumo, you can start putting them to work on your own terms.

Three Ways to Earn in Almaty

Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors right now. You choose the jobs you want, set your own hours, and keep 90% of what you earn. Here's the work:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – Restaurants, stores and individuals need reliable people to get items where they're going. If you have wheels and know your way around Almaty, you decide which deliveries to accept and when to work.

• Pet care: dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in visits – Pet owners need trustworthy help when they're at work, traveling, or just need a hand. If you're comfortable with animals, this work fits around your life.

• Errands: pharmacy runs, returns, waiting in line and shopping trips – Everyday tasks that save people time. If you're organized and dependable, these jobs are straightforward and steady.

Every job type lets you accept only the work that makes sense for you.

You Get Paid What You Earn

Lumo pays out the same day, and you keep 90% of every job. No waiting two weeks, no surprises. Plus, complete your first 100 jobs and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 45,226 KZT (about $100 USD).

This isn't about waiting for the right job to appear someday. It's about using what you can already do to start earning now, on your schedule, at a rate that respects your work.
