Almaty: Get Paid What You're Worth—Same Day, Every Day
Finding Fair Pay in Almaty Shouldn't Be This Hard
If you've been driving around Almaty, fixing tech problems for friends, or helping neighbors get from Medeu to the city center, you already know: good work is hard to find right now, and too many people are underpaid for what they can actually do. The truth is, the skills you already have—driving, delivering, setting up a router—are worth real money. You just need a way to turn them into income on your terms.
Lumo is a marketplace where Almaty residents do local jobs for neighbors who need help. You choose the work, set your own schedule, keep 90% of what you earn, and get paid the same day you complete a job. No waiting two weeks. No wondering if your effort will show up in your account. You work, you earn, you get paid.
Three Ways to Earn in Almaty
Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors right now. Here's the kind of work available:
Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter Restaurants, shops, and people across Almaty need reliable delivery. If you have a vehicle or bike and know the city, you decide which delivery jobs to accept and when to work.
Rides: driving neighbors to work, appointments and the airport People need rides to the office, medical appointments, or to catch a flight. If you have a car and a clean driving record, you choose which ride requests fit your day.
Tech help: setting up Wi-Fi, TVs, printers and phones Not everyone knows how to connect a smart TV or fix a printer. If you're comfortable with technology, you can help neighbors solve these everyday problems and earn well for your time.
