Almaty: Get Paid What You're Worth, The Same Day You Work

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Getting Paid

Finding decent work in Almaty shouldn't be this hard. Too many people with real skills—driving, delivering, assembling furniture—are stuck in jobs that underpay and undervalue what they can do. Whether you live in Medeu, Bostandyk, or Almaly, you already have abilities that neighbors need every single day.

Lumo is a marketplace that connects you directly with people who need help. You choose the jobs you want, set your own schedule, keep 90% of what you earn, and get paid the same day you complete the work. No waiting two weeks for a paycheck. No wondering if your time is being respected. Just fair pay for fair work, when you need it.

Three Types of Work, All on Your Terms

Lumo is currently recruiting 300 independent contractors in Almaty. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – Perfect if you know the city well and want flexibility. Accept the deliveries that make sense for your route and schedule. Whether you're navigating downtown or heading up toward the foothills, you decide which jobs to take.

• Rides: driving neighbors to work, appointments and the airport – If you have a reliable car and enjoy driving, this is straightforward work. Help people get where they need to go, from morning commutes to evening airport runs.

• Furniture assembly: putting together beds, desks, shelves and flat-pack furniture – Good with tools? Many households need help assembling furniture. It's physical work that pays well, and you choose which projects fit your skills.

A Bonus For Sticking With It
