Almaty: Be First in Line for Real Work That Pays What You Deserve

Finding Good Work Shouldn't Be This Hard

If you live in Almaty, you already know the story. Too many jobs pay too little for the effort you put in. You have skills—you can drive across the city, assemble furniture, handle laundry, solve problems—but finding work that actually values what you bring is harder than it should be.

Lumo is changing that. We're a marketplace where you do local jobs for neighbors and businesses, set your own schedule, and keep 90% of what you earn. You get paid the same day, every time. No waiting, no surprises.

Right now, we're building our Almaty team. We're looking for 300 independent contractors to sign up now, so when local customers start posting jobs, you're first in line. Plus, complete your first 100 jobs and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 44,977 KZT (about $100 USD).

Three Types of Work, Your Choice

You decide which jobs to accept. Here's what people are looking for:

• Delivery: Move food, groceries, and packages across Almaty by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the streets and want flexible hours.
• Furniture assembly: Put together beds, desks, shelves, and flat-pack furniture for people who'd rather pay someone who knows what they're doing. Great if you're handy and patient.
• Laundry pickup: Collect laundry from busy neighbors, wash and fold it, then return it. Ideal if you're detail-oriented and reliable.

Every job is your call. Accept the ones that fit your day.

You're Worth More Than You're Getting Paid

Whether you're crossing town in traffic, figuring out which screw goes where, or making sure someone's shirts come back spotless, your time and effort have value. Lumo makes sure you actually see that value in your earnings.

Sign up now on Lumo, be ready when jobs go live in Almaty, and start earning what your work is really worth.
