Almaty: Keep 90% of What You Earn — Your Skills Are Worth More

You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid

Finding good work in Almaty right now feels like a losing battle. Too many capable people are stuck in jobs that undervalue what they bring — whether that's reliability, skill with a vehicle, a way with animals, or simply the ability to get things done. You already have what it takes to earn more. The question is whether you're keeping what you earn.

On Lumo, you do. You keep 90% of what the customer pays. No hidden cuts, no surprise fees. You get paid the same day, you choose which jobs to accept, and you set your own schedule around your life — not the other way around.

Lumo is looking for 300 independent contractors across Almaty to join the platform now, so you're ready when local customers start posting jobs.

Three Types of Work, All on Your Terms

Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across the city by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the routes and enjoy being on the move. You decide which deliveries to take.
• Pet care: Dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for neighbors who need reliable help. Great for animal lovers who want flexible hours and repeat clients.
• Laundry pickup: Collect, wash, fold, and return laundry for busy people who'll pay well for the convenience. Ideal if you're detail-oriented and have access to a washer.

You're not locked into one type. Accept the jobs that make sense for your day.

A Bonus That Rewards Loyalty

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a 45,294 KZT loyalty bonus (about $100 USD). It's designed to recognize contractors who show up and do the work. Right now, 100 bonus spots are still available for Almaty.

Your time and effort are worth more than most employers will admit. Lumo just makes it official. Apply today and start on your own terms.
