Your Skills Are Worth Real Money in Almaty—Start Earning on Your Own Terms

The Job Market Is Tough, But Your Skills Are Ready

Anyone looking for work in Almaty right now knows how hard it can be. Too many jobs pay less than the effort they demand, and finding something that respects your time and skills feels almost impossible. But here's the reality: the abilities you already have—driving across the city, delivering orders on time, helping someone set up their router—are worth real money. You don't need a new degree or months of training. You just need a platform that pays you fairly for what you can already do.

That's what Lumo is building in Almaty. We're a marketplace connecting independent contractors with neighbors who need help with everyday jobs. You choose the work, set your own hours, and keep 90% of what you earn. No boss, no fixed schedule, just fair pay for honest work.

Three Ways to Start Earning

Lumo is currently recruiting 300 contractors in Almaty. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. You decide which deliveries to accept and when you're available. Perfect if you know the city well and want flexible hours.
• Rides: Drive neighbors to work, medical appointments, or Almaty International Airport. If you have a reliable car and enjoy meeting people, this is straightforward income on your terms.
• Tech Help: Set up Wi-Fi networks, smart TVs, printers, and phones for people who need a hand with technology. Great for anyone comfortable with gadgets and troubleshooting.

You're not locked into one type of work—accept the jobs that make sense for you.

A Bonus That Rewards Your Commitment

When you sign up now and complete your first 100 jobs, you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 45,210 KZT (about $100 USD). It's our way of saying thank you for being part of Lumo from the beginning.

You get paid the same day for every job you complete. No waiting weeks for a paycheck, no wondering if your effort will be recognized. Just reliable income for the work you do.
