Work Is Hard to Find Right Now—And Too Often It Doesn't Pay Enough

If you live in Baku, you already know how challenging it can be to find work that respects your time and pays fairly. Maybe you have a car and know the city well. Maybe you're organized and good at getting things done. Maybe you're reliable, strong, or just someone who gets tasks finished without drama. Those skills are valuable—and they should earn you real money.

Lumo is a new marketplace connecting independent contractors with neighbors who need help. We're looking for 300 people across Baku to sign up now, so you're ready when local customers start posting jobs. You choose which jobs to accept, set your own schedule, keep 90% of what you earn, and get paid the same day. No boss, no commute to someone else's office, just work that fits your life.

Three Types of Jobs You Can Do

When you join Lumo, you'll see job requests from people right here in Baku. Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across the city by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the neighborhoods and traffic patterns, and want to stay on the move.
• Laundry Pickup: Collect laundry from busy neighbors, wash and fold it, then return it. Great for people who are detail-oriented and prefer steady, indoor-friendly tasks.
• Errands: Handle pharmacy runs, store returns, waiting in line, and shopping trips for people who don't have the time. Ideal if you're organized and like variety in your day.

You decide which jobs to take. If a request doesn't work for you, just skip it.
