Baku: Turn Your Everyday Skills Into Real Income on Lumo

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid

Finding good work in Baku right now isn't easy. Too many jobs offer low pay for long hours, and you're left with little control over your time. But the truth is, the things you already know how to do—driving, caring for pets, putting furniture together—have real value. Lumo is a marketplace where you can turn those everyday skills into income on your own terms.

We're looking for 300 independent contractors across Baku who are ready to start earning when local jobs open. You set your own hours, choose which jobs to accept, and keep 90% of what you earn. You get paid the same day, every time.

Three Types of Work, All on Your Schedule

Every job on Lumo is one you can accept or decline. Here's what's available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – Perfect if you know Baku's streets and have reliable transportation. Accept the deliveries that fit your route and your day.
• Pet care: dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in visits – Ideal for animal lovers. Help neighbors care for their pets when they're at work or traveling. You decide which bookings work for you.
• Furniture assembly: putting together beds, desks, shelves and flat-pack furniture – If you're good with tools and instructions, this work pays well. Choose the jobs that match your skills and schedule.

A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Your Work

Complete your first 100 jobs and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 170 AZN (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do great work.

You're not clocking in for someone else. You're building income around your life—whether that's between other commitments, on weekends, or whenever you have time.
