Baku: Your Skills Are Worth More Than You Think—Start Earning Today

The Job Search Doesn't Have to Be This Frustrating

If you've been looking for work in Baku lately, you know how tough it is. Too many positions pay less than your time is worth, demand rigid schedules, or disappear before you even get a callback. But here's something most people don't realize: the skills you already use every day—driving across town, helping a neighbor set up their router, changing a tire on the side of the road—are worth real money right now.

Lumo is a marketplace that connects independent contractors with people in Baku who need help with everyday tasks. You're not applying for a traditional job. You're joining a platform where you choose the work that fits your life, keep 90% of every payment, and get paid the same day.

Three Ways to Start Earning in Baku

Lumo is recruiting 300 contractors right now. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you know the streets of Baku and have reliable transportation, delivery work lets you earn on your own schedule. Accept the jobs you want, decline the rest.
• Tech help: setting up Wi-Fi, TVs, printers and phones – People always need help getting their devices to work. If you're the person friends call when their internet goes down, this work suits you.
• Roadside assistance: jump-starts, flat-tire changes, lockouts and fuel drop-offs – Drivers get stuck. If you have basic tools and know-how, you can be the person who gets them moving again.

You decide which jobs to accept. No pressure, no quotas.

A Bonus That Rewards Your Commitment

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 170 AZN (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do great work.

You Deserve to Be Paid What You're Worth

Your time and skills matter. On Lumo, you're in control: set your own hours, choose your jobs, and finally earn what your labor is actually worth. Jobs open as neighbors and businesses in Baku post them, so the sooner you're ready, the sooner you can start.
