Baku: Sign Up Now, Be First When Local Jobs Start—Plus Earn a 170 AZN Bonus
Good Work Should Pay What You're Worth
Finding decent, flexible work in Baku right now isn't easy. Too many people with real skills—drivers who know every corner of the city, people who can fix and assemble things, anyone reliable enough to run an errand or make a delivery—are stuck in jobs that don't respect their time or pay what the work is actually worth.
Lumo is building something different: a marketplace where you control your schedule, choose which jobs to accept, and keep 90% of what you earn. You get paid the same day, every time. No waiting, no surprises.
We're recruiting 300 contractors in Baku right now. Jobs open as local customers post them, so signing up today means you'll be first in line when your neighbors need help—and you'll qualify for the loyalty bonus.
Three Types of Work, You Pick What Fits
Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter If you've got wheels and know the quickest routes around Baku—from Nasimi to Yasamal, Sabunchu to the waterfront—delivery work lets you earn on your own time. You see each delivery request and decide whether to accept it.
Rides: driving neighbors to work, appointments and the airport For drivers with a reliable car, giving rides means helping people get where they need to go: the morning commute, a doctor's visit, or the trip out to Heydar Aliyev International. You choose your hours and which rides make sense.
Furniture assembly: putting together beds, desks, shelves and flat-pack furniture If you're good with tools and instructions, furniture assembly is steady work. Families and students always need help with flat-pack pieces, and you accept only the jobs that fit your schedule.
The Loyalty Bonus: 170 AZN for Your First 100 Jobs
Finish your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a 170 AZN bonus (about $100 USD). It's our way of rewarding contractors who show up and do solid work.
