Baku: Turn What You Already Know Into Real Income on Lumo

The Skills You Have Are Worth More Than You Think

Finding work that respects your time and pays fairly is harder than it should be right now. Too many people in Baku are working long hours for less than their skills are worth. But the truth is, what you already know how to do—getting around the city efficiently, troubleshooting a router, or putting together furniture—has real value. Neighbors need help with these everyday tasks, and they're willing to pay for someone reliable.

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with local jobs across Baku. You choose when you work, which jobs you accept, and you keep 90% of every job you complete. No fixed schedule, no commuting to someone else's office—just work that fits your life. And you get paid the same day.

Three Ways to Earn on Your Own Terms

Lumo is recruiting 300 contractors in Baku right now. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you know the streets of Baku and have reliable transportation, delivery work lets you earn while you move. You decide which deliveries to accept based on distance and pay.
• Tech help: setting up Wi-Fi, TVs, printers and phones – Many people struggle with technology and need someone patient to get their devices working. If you're comfortable with routers, smart TVs, or troubleshooting connections, this work suits you.
• Furniture assembly: putting together beds, desks, shelves and flat-pack furniture – Flat-pack furniture can be frustrating. If you're handy with tools and can follow instructions, you can help families and offices get their spaces set up properly.
