Baku: Sign Up Now on Lumo and Be First in Line for Local Jobs

Finding Good Work in Baku Just Got Easier

If you've been looking for flexible work that actually pays what you're worth, you know how hard it can be right now. Too many jobs offer low pay, rigid schedules, or just don't value the skills you already have. Whether you can drive, handle deliveries across town, or take care of yard work, those abilities have real value—and Lumo is here to help you earn from them on your own terms.

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors in Baku with neighbors who need help with everyday tasks. We're currently building our network and recruiting 300 contractors to be ready as local customers begin posting jobs. When you sign up now, you'll be first in line when those opportunities open—and you'll be on track to earn a 170 AZN loyalty bonus (about $100 USD) after you complete your first 100 jobs.

Three Types of Work, Your Choice

On Lumo, you decide which jobs to accept and when you want to work. Here are the main types of jobs that will be available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Baku by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the city well and want to stay on the move.
• Rides: Drive neighbors to work, medical appointments, or Heydar Aliyev International Airport. Great for anyone with a reliable car and good people skills.
• Yard work: Mowing lawns, raking leaves, trimming hedges, and seasonal garden clean-ups. Ideal if you enjoy outdoor work and have basic tools.

You're not locked into one category—accept the jobs that fit your schedule, skills, and interests.

Keep What You Earn

Lumo lets you keep 90% of what you make on every job, and you get paid the same day. No waiting weeks for a paycheck, no surprise deductions. You set your hours, choose your work, and finally earn what your labor is actually worth.
