Baku: Your Skills Are Worth More Than You Think – Start Earning Today

Finding Good Work in Baku Shouldn't Be This Hard

If you've been searching for work in Baku lately, you know how frustrating it's become. Opportunities feel scarce, and too many jobs don't pay what your time and effort are actually worth. But here's what many people don't realize: the skills you already use every day—driving across town, putting furniture together, or fixing household problems—are valuable, and people throughout Baku need that help right now.

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with neighbors who need local jobs done. You choose the work that fits your life, set your own hours, and keep 90% of what you earn. You get paid the same day, every time. Whether you live in Nasimi, Yasamal, or Sabail, you can start earning on your own terms.

Three Ways to Earn With What You Already Know

Lumo is currently bringing on 300 contractors in Baku across these areas:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you know the streets of Baku and have reliable transport, delivery work lets you earn while moving around the city. You decide which delivery jobs to accept based on distance, timing, and pay.

• Furniture assembly: putting together beds, desks, shelves and flat-pack furniture – Good with tools and instructions? Many Baku residents need help assembling flat-pack furniture. These jobs happen indoors, on your schedule, and you choose which requests to take.

• Handyman repairs: mounting TVs, fixing doors, patching walls and small repairs – If you're handy and can tackle basic home repairs, there's steady demand. You review each job request and accept only the ones that match your skills and availability.

A Bonus for Getting Started
