Baku: Keep 90% of What You Earn. Your Skills Are Worth More.

You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid

Too many skilled people in Baku are working hard and still not earning what their time and effort deserve. If you know how to drive across the city, detail a car until it shines, or care for someone's pet with attention and patience, you already have valuable skills. The problem isn't you—it's that too many jobs take too much of what customers pay and leave you with too little.

Lumo works differently. You keep 90% of what the customer pays. No hidden cuts, no surprises. You get paid the same day, every time. And you choose your own hours—work when it fits your life, whether that's evenings after your current job, weekends, or any time in between.

Real Work You Can Start Right Now

Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors in Baku. Jobs open as customers in the city post them, and you decide which ones to accept. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Baku by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the streets and want flexible hours.
• Mobile car detailing: Wash and detail vehicles right in the customer's driveway. Ideal if you take pride in thorough, quality work and have an eye for detail.
• Pet care: Dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for neighbors who need reliable help. Great for animal lovers who understand that pets are family.
