Work Is Hard to Find—And Too Often, the Pay Doesn't Match the Effort

If you live in Baku, you know how tough the job market can be right now. Whether you're between positions, looking for extra income, or simply want control over your own schedule, finding fair-paying work that respects your time is a challenge. You have real skills—driving, helping neighbors, solving everyday problems—but most platforms take too much and pay too little.

Lumo is changing that. We're building a marketplace where people in Baku can earn what their labor is actually worth, keep 90% of every job, set their own hours, and get paid the same day. Right now, Lumo is recruiting 300 contractors here in Baku, and we're offering a 170 AZN (about $100 USD) loyalty bonus after you complete your first 100 jobs.

Local customers will start posting jobs soon, and the contractors who sign up early will be first in line to accept them. There's no cost to join, no obligation, and no risk—just the opportunity to be ready when your neighbors need help.

• Delivery: Bring food, groceries, and packages across Baku by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the city and want flexible hours.
• Roadside assistance: Help stranded drivers with jump-starts, flat-tire changes, lockouts, and fuel drop-offs. Ideal for anyone with basic car knowledge and a willingness to lend a hand.
