Belgrade: Get Paid What You're Actually Worth—Same Day, Your Hours

Your Work Is Worth More

Finding decent work in Belgrade right now feels harder than it should. Too many people with real skills—drivers who know every shortcut from Vračar to Novi Beograd, cleaners who can transform an apartment in hours, reliable pet sitters—are stuck earning far less than their effort deserves.

Lumo is a marketplace that connects independent contractors with neighbors who need help. You choose the jobs, set your hours, keep 90% of what you earn, and get paid the same day you complete the work. No waiting two weeks. No guessing what you'll take home. Just fair pay for the work you actually do.

Three Ways to Earn

Lumo is looking for 300 contractors across Belgrade. Here's the work:

• Delivery: Move food, groceries, and packages across the city by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know Belgrade's streets and want flexible hours between other commitments.
• Home cleaning: Handle apartment cleans, full homes, and move-out jobs. Suits anyone with an eye for detail and the stamina to do thorough work.
• Pet care: Dog walks, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for neighbors who work long days or travel. Ideal if you're calm with animals and responsible.

You're not required to accept every job. You see the details, the pay, and you decide.

A Loyalty Bonus for Sticking Around

Complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo pays you a 10,433 RSD bonus (about $100 USD). It's a thank-you for building trust with customers and doing consistent work.

Belgrade's jobs open as local customers post them. The sooner you're approved, the sooner you can start.
