Bengaluru: Get Paid What You're Worth, Same Day You Work

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid

If you live in Bengaluru, you already know how hard it is to find work that pays fairly and respects your time. Too many people with real skills—whether it's navigating traffic, cleaning and detailing vehicles, or putting together furniture—are stuck in jobs that underpay and undervalue what they can do.

Lumo is building something different. We're a marketplace where you do local jobs for neighbors and businesses across the city, set your own schedule, and keep 90% of what you earn. Most importantly, you get paid the same day you complete the work—not weeks later.

Three Types of Work, Your Choice Which Jobs to Accept

We're currently recruiting 300 contractors in Bengaluru. Here's the work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you know the routes and can navigate Bengaluru's streets, delivery work lets you earn on your own schedule. You choose which deliveries to accept based on distance, timing, and what works for you.

• Mobile car detailing: washing and detailing cars right in the customer's driveway – For those who take pride in a job well done, mobile detailing means going to the customer's location and making their vehicle look like new. You bring your skills and supplies; they provide the driveway.

• Furniture assembly: putting together beds, desks, shelves and flat-pack furniture – If you're handy with tools and instructions, furniture assembly is steady work. Customers need beds built, desks put together, shelves mounted—and they'll pay well for someone who can do it right.

You're not locked into one type. Accept the jobs that suit your skills and schedule.

A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Your Work

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 9,508 INR (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do great work.

You Decide When and How Much You Work

No shifts. No quotas. You open the app when you're ready to work, see what jobs are available, and accept the ones that make sense for you. Whether you're earning extra income around another job or building something full-time, you're in control.

Ready to get paid what your work is worth? Apply now on Lumo and start earning the same day you work.
