Benin City: Get Paid What You're Worth, Same Day You Work

Finding Fair Pay Shouldn't Be This Hard

Too many people in Benin City are working long hours for pay that doesn't match the effort they put in. Whether you're navigating traffic from Ugbowo to Ring Road or helping someone across town in GRA, your skills have real value. Driving, fixing roadside problems, cleaning homes—these aren't just side tasks. They're skilled work, and they deserve fair compensation.

Lumo is building a marketplace where you set your own schedule, choose the jobs you want, and keep 90% of what you earn. No waiting weeks for payment—you get paid the same day you complete the work.

Three Ways to Earn on Your Terms

Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors in Benin City. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across the city by car, bike, or scooter. You decide which deliveries to accept and when you're available to work.
• Roadside Assistance: Help stranded drivers with jump-starts, flat-tire changes, lockouts, and fuel drop-offs. Perfect if you're handy with vehicles and know the city well.
• Home Cleaning: Take on apartment cleans, full homes, and move-out jobs. Choose the bookings that fit your schedule and the neighborhoods you prefer to work in.

Every job is your choice. You're never forced to accept work that doesn't suit you.

Your Work, Your Worth, Same-Day Pay

When you complete a job on Lumo, the money hits your account the same day. No more waiting until the end of the week or the end of the month. You work, you earn, you get paid.

Plus, Lumo is offering a loyalty bonus of 133,282 NGN (about $100 USD) after you complete your first 100 jobs. It's a thank-you for being part of something built on respect for what you do.
