Your Skills Are Worth Real Money in Bishkek

If you've been searching for flexible work in Bishkek, you know how hard it is to find something that pays fairly and respects your time. Too many people with real skills—driving through city traffic, caring for animals, or lifting heavy furniture—are stuck in jobs that underpay them. You already know how to do valuable work. The question is: are you being paid what that work is actually worth?

Lumo is a new marketplace connecting independent contractors with neighbors who need help. We're recruiting 300 people across Bishkek to be ready when local customers start posting jobs. Sign up now, and you'll be first in line when work opens up in your area—plus you'll be eligible for a 8,748 KGS loyalty bonus (about $100 USD) after you complete your first 100 jobs.

Three Types of Work, Your Choice of Jobs

On Lumo, you choose which jobs to accept and set your own schedule. Here's what the work looks like:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Bishkek by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect for anyone who knows the city well and wants to earn while moving through town.
• Pet care: Provide dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for neighbors who need reliable help. Ideal if you're patient, responsible, and love animals.
• Moving help: Load trucks, carry furniture, and assist with small moves. Great for anyone with physical stamina who doesn't mind hard work that pays well.

Keep 90%, Get Paid the Same Day

You keep 90% of what customers pay for every job. No waiting weeks for a paycheck—Lumo pays you the same day you complete the work. You decide when you're available, which jobs you take, and finally earn what your labor is worth.
