Budapest: Keep 90% of What You Earn – Your Skills Are Worth More
You're Already Skilled Enough – And Worth More Than You're Being Paid
If you live in Budapest and know how to get around town, put together furniture, or help neighbors with everyday tasks, you already have marketable skills. The problem isn't what you can do – it's finding work that actually pays you what that work is worth.
Too many people in Pest, Buda, and districts across the city are undervalued. They're capable, reliable, and ready to work, but the opportunities don't match the effort. Lumo is building something different: a marketplace where you keep 90% of what the customer pays. Not after fees eat into it. Not after someone else takes their cut. You do the work, you keep nearly all of it.
Three Types of Work – You Choose What Fits Your Life
Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors in Budapest right now. Here's the work available as jobs get posted by local customers:
- Delivery: Move food, groceries, and packages across the city by car, bike, or scooter. You decide which deliveries to accept and when you're available. Perfect if you know the streets and want flexible hours.
- Furniture assembly: Put together beds, desks, shelves, and flat-pack furniture for people who need the help. If you're good with tools and instructions, this work suits you. Take the jobs you want.
- Errands: Pharmacy runs, product returns, waiting in line, shopping trips – the small tasks that save someone else hours. Ideal if you're organized, dependable, and local.
You're not assigned shifts. You're not locked into one type of job. You choose.
Get Paid the Same Day – Plus a 32,694 HUF Bonus
When you complete a job on Lumo, you're paid the same day. And when you finish your first 100 jobs, you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 32,694 HUF (about $100 USD). That's on top of keeping 90% of every job along the way.
Your time and skill are worth real money. Lumo just makes sure you actually keep it.
