Budapest: Get Paid What You're Worth — Same Day, Your Hours

Finally, Work That Pays You Fairly

If you live in Budapest, you already know how tough the job market can be right now. Too many people with real skills — driving, fixing problems, helping neighbors — are stuck in positions that don't pay what their work is actually worth. You deserve better.

Lumo is a new marketplace connecting independent contractors with people across Budapest who need help with everyday tasks. You choose the jobs you want, work when it fits your life, and keep 90% of every job you complete. No waiting for paychecks: you get paid the same day you do the work.

We're currently recruiting 300 contractors throughout the city. Whether you live in Pest or Buda, near Belváros, out in Újpest, or over in Óbuda, there's work opening up as neighbors post jobs they need done.

Three Ways to Earn on Your Terms

Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter If you've got reliable transportation and know your way around Budapest, delivery work lets you move at your own pace. You see the job details before accepting, so you decide what makes sense for your day.

Roadside assistance: jump-starts, flat-tire changes, lockouts and fuel drop-offs Good with your hands? Know how to handle a dead battery or a flat? Roadside assistance jobs pay well because you're solving real problems when people need help most. Every job is local, and you choose which calls to take.

Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors This is straightforward work that suits anyone who's organized and reliable. Pick up laundry, wash and fold it carefully, and return it to grateful customers who'll keep requesting you.

You're in Control

• Set your own hours — work mornings, evenings, weekends, or whenever fits your life
• Keep 90% of every job (Lumo takes just 10% to run the platform)
• Get paid the same day you complete the work
• Choose which jobs to accept — no pressure, no quotas

Plus, complete your first 100 jobs and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 32,699 HUF (about $100 USD).
