Harare: Earn What You're Worth and Get Paid the Same Day

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid

If you live in Harare, you already know how hard it can be to find work that pays what your time and effort are actually worth. Too many people with real skills—driving, cleaning, detailing cars—are stuck in situations where they're underpaid or waiting weeks for money they've already earned.

Lumo is building something different: a marketplace where you decide when you work, which jobs you take, and you keep 90% of every payment. No waiting until month-end. You get paid the same day you complete the job.

Three Types of Work, All on Your Schedule

Lumo is currently recruiting 300 independent contractors across Harare. Here's the work available:

Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter Whether you're moving between Avondale and the CBD, or covering routes from Borrowdale to Mbare, delivery work lets you earn while you're already out. You choose which deliveries to accept based on distance, pay, and your schedule.

Mobile car detailing: washing and detailing cars right in the customer's driveway If you know how to make a car look its best, this work comes to you. Customers book you to clean and detail their vehicles at home or work. You bring your supplies, do quality work, and earn what it's worth.

Home cleaning: apartments, homes and move-out cleans From Highlands apartments to family homes in Mount Pleasant, people need trustworthy cleaners. You see the job details, the pay, and the location before you accept. Every clean you complete builds your reputation and your income.
