Houston: Get Paid What You're Worth, Same Day You Work

Your Work Deserves Better Pay—Starting Now

Finding decent work in Houston shouldn't mean settling for less than you're worth. Whether you're navigating traffic from Montrose to Midtown, running errands in the Heights, or helping neighbors near the Museum District and Rice Village, the skills you use every day—driving, organizing, lifting, caring—have real value.

Lumo is a marketplace where you finally get paid what your labor is actually worth. You keep 90% of every job, set your own schedule, choose which jobs to accept, and get paid the same day you complete the work. No waiting two weeks. No surprise deductions. Just straightforward pay for the work you do.

We're currently recruiting 300 independent contractors across Houston, and the first 100 who complete 100 jobs earn a $100 USD loyalty bonus.

Three Ways to Earn on Your Terms

Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter Pick up meals, groceries, or packages and deliver them across Houston. You decide which delivery jobs to accept based on distance, pay, and your schedule. If you've got reliable transportation, you're already qualified.

Rides: driving neighbors to work, appointments and the airport Help people get where they need to go—whether it's a morning commute, a doctor's appointment, or a ride to IAH. You choose which ride requests work for you, and you keep most of what you earn.

Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors This one's straightforward: pick up laundry from customers, wash and fold it, then return it. It suits anyone with access to a washer and dryer and a little time to spare. You accept the jobs that fit your day.

Work When It Works for You

No shifts. No quotas. You're in control. Whether you want full-time income or a few extra jobs around your existing schedule, Lumo adapts to your life—not the other way around.
