Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid – Start Earning in Ibadan Today
Finding Good Work Shouldn't Be This Hard
If you're in Ibadan right now, you know how challenging the job market has become. Too many qualified people are either underemployed or earning far less than their skills are worth. But here's what most people don't realize: the everyday abilities you already have—driving around town, running errands for busy neighbors, or putting furniture together—are valuable skills that people will pay well for.
Lumo is a marketplace that connects you directly with people in Ibadan who need help with local jobs. You set your own hours, choose which jobs to accept, and keep 90% of what you earn. No boss, no fixed schedule, just work that fits your life. And you get paid the same day you complete a job.
Three Ways to Start Earning Now
Lumo is currently looking for 300 independent contractors across Ibadan. Here's the kind of work available:
Delivery: Food, Groceries and Packages Across Town If you have a car, bike, or scooter, you can accept delivery jobs—restaurants, groceries, documents, packages. You decide which deliveries to take based on distance and pay. Perfect for anyone who knows Ibadan's roads and wants flexible work between other commitments.
Errands: Pharmacy Runs, Returns, Shopping Trips Busy professionals, elderly neighbors, and families need someone reliable to pick up medications, return items, wait in line, or handle shopping. These jobs suit people who are organized, trustworthy, and good at getting things done efficiently.
Furniture Assembly: Beds, Desks, Shelves and Flat-Pack Furniture Good with tools? Many people buy furniture but don't have the time or patience to assemble it. If you can follow instructions and work with your hands, this is steady work that pays well.
