Ibadan: Keep 90% of What You Earn and Get Paid the Same Day

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Getting Paid

Finding good work in Ibadan right now is harder than it should be. Too many people with real skills—driving, doing laundry properly, detailing cars—are underpaid or waiting too long to see their money. You already know how to do valuable work. The question is: are you being paid what that work is actually worth?

Lumo is a marketplace where you set your own schedule, accept the jobs you want, and keep 90% of what customers pay. No waiting weeks for your money—you get paid the same day you complete the work. Whether you're in Bodija, around the University of Ibadan area, Challenge, or anywhere else in the city, you can start earning what your labor is truly worth.

Three Ways to Earn on Your Own Terms

Lumo is currently looking for 300 independent contractors across Ibadan. Jobs open as neighbors and local customers post them. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you have reliable transport and know your way around Ibadan, you can take delivery jobs that fit your day. You decide which deliveries to accept and when to work.

• Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors – Many people need help managing their laundry but don't have the time. If you're thorough and dependable, you can build regular income doing pickup, washing, folding, and return.

• Mobile car detailing: washing and detailing cars right in the customer's driveway – Bring your supplies and skills directly to customers. If you know how to make a vehicle look its best, this work pays well and lets you serve clients on your own schedule.

A Bonus That Rewards Your Commitment

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 132,980 NGN (about $100 USD). That's on top of the 90% you already keep from every job. There are 100 bonus spots available for Ibadan contractors who sign up now.

You Deserve to Be Paid What You're Worth

Your time and skill have value. On Lumo, you're not waiting, you're not being shortchanged, and you're in control. Same-day payment. Fair earnings. Work that respects what you bring.
