Ilorin: Keep 90% of What You Earn—Your Skills Are Worth More
You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid
Finding good work in Ilorin right now isn't easy. Too many people with real skills—driving, fixing things, cleaning, detailing cars—are working hard but taking home far less than their labor is worth. The truth is, someone else is keeping most of what customers pay.
Lumo works differently. When you complete a job through our marketplace, you keep 90% of what the customer pays. Not half. Not some mystery percentage after fees and deductions. Ninety percent. You get paid the same day, you set your own hours, and you decide which jobs to accept. This is about finally earning what you deserve.
We're recruiting 300 independent contractors across Ilorin right now. Jobs open as local customers post them, and the first contractors who complete 100 jobs earn a loyalty bonus of 133,162 NGN (about $100 USD). There are 100 bonus spots available.
Three Ways to Earn on Your Terms
Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter If you have a vehicle and know Ilorin's roads, you can earn by delivering meals, groceries, and packages to customers around the city. You choose which delivery jobs to accept based on distance, timing, and pay.
Mobile car detailing: washing and detailing cars right in the customer's driveway Many Ilorin residents need their cars cleaned but don't have time to visit a car wash. If you're good with detailing, you can offer washing, waxing, and interior cleaning services—right where the customer parks. You bring the supplies, do quality work, and keep 90% of the fee.
Handyman repairs: mounting TVs, fixing doors, patching walls and small repairs Know how to mount a TV, repair a door, or patch a wall? Homes and small businesses always need help with these tasks. You accept the jobs that match your skills and schedule.
Your Work, Your Worth
You already have the skills. Lumo just makes sure you're paid fairly for them. No boss, no fixed shift, no one taking the lion's share of what you earn.
