Indore: Turn What You Already Know Into Real Income on Your Schedule

The Skills You Have Are Worth More Than You Think

Finding dependable work in Indore that respects your time and pays fairly shouldn't be this difficult. You already know how to do things people need: driving across town, keeping a home clean, managing laundry. These aren't small skills—they solve real problems for busy neighbors, students, and families. The issue is that most work doesn't let you control your hours or keep what you earn.

Lumo is building a marketplace where people in Indore can offer local services as independent contractors. You choose when you work, which jobs you accept, and you keep 90% of what you earn. You get paid the same day, every time. Right now, Lumo is looking for 300 contractors across the city to be ready when job requests start coming in from customers.

Three Ways to Earn

Here's the work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – Pick up and drop off across Indore's neighborhoods. Ideal if you know the roads and have reliable transport. You decide which delivery requests to accept.
• Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors – Help people who don't have time or access to laundry facilities. Collect clothes, wash and fold them properly, and return them fresh. Good for anyone with attention to detail and a washing machine.
• Home cleaning: apartments, homes and move-out cleans – Clean living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and handle deep cleans when people move. Perfect if you're thorough and take pride in a job done right.

You're not locked into one type. Accept the jobs that suit your day.

A Bonus That Rewards Loyalty

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll receive a loyalty bonus of 9,462 INR (about $100 USD). It's designed to reward contractors who show up and do the work well.
