Jaipur: Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid

The Job Hunt Doesn't Have to Mean Waiting

Anyone looking for work in Jaipur right now knows how frustrating it is. You send applications, you wait, you're told you're overqualified or underexperienced. Meanwhile, you have real skills—you know how to get across town efficiently, you're good with animals, you can make a car look brand new. Those abilities are valuable, and they should be paying you what they're worth.

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with people who need local help. We're recruiting 300 contractors in Jaipur right now, and jobs open as neighbors and businesses post them. You choose which jobs to accept, you set your own hours, and you keep 90% of what you earn. You get paid the same day, every time.

Three Ways to Start Earning

Here's the kind of work available on Lumo:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you know the roads and can get from C-Scheme to Malviya Nagar or Vaishali Nagar without thinking twice, you're ready. Accept the deliveries that fit your route and your day.
• Mobile car detailing: washing and detailing cars right in the customer's driveway – Bring your supplies, do the work where the car is parked, and move on to the next job. Perfect if you take pride in a job well done and like working with your hands.
• Pet care: dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in visits – Jaipur families need reliable people to care for their pets when they're at work or traveling. If you're comfortable with dogs and cats, this work is steady and rewarding.

A Bonus That Rewards Real Work

Complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo pays you a loyalty bonus of 9,500 INR (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do good work.

You Decide What Your Time Is Worth

You're not waiting for someone else to set your schedule or your pay. Apply on Lumo, get approved, and start accepting jobs that make sense for your life. Your skills are worth more than you're being paid—it's time that changed.
