Kaduna: You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid

Your Skills Are Worth Real Money

Finding good work in Kaduna right now is harder than it should be. Too many people with real skills—driving, caring for pets, fixing things around the house—are being underpaid for what they can actually do. The truth is simple: the work you're already capable of doing is worth more than most jobs are paying you.

Lumo is a marketplace where local customers post jobs they need done, and you decide which ones to accept. You keep 90% of what the customer pays. You set your own schedule. And you get paid the same day you complete the work. No waiting weeks for your money. No giving up half your earnings to someone else.

We're recruiting 300 contractors across Kaduna right now. Here's the kind of work available:

Three Ways to Earn

Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter If you have reliable transport and know your way around Kaduna, delivery work lets you earn on your own time. You choose which deliveries to accept based on distance, payment, and your schedule.

Pet care: dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in visits Many families need trustworthy people to walk their dogs, check in on pets during the day, or provide care while they travel. If you're comfortable with animals, this work offers flexible hours and repeat customers.

Handyman repairs: mounting TVs, fixing doors, patching walls and small repairs Small repairs and installations are exactly the kind of help neighbors need but struggle to find. If you're handy with tools and can solve practical problems, customers will pay well for reliable work.

Keep What You Earn

Complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo will pay you a loyalty bonus of 132,980 NGN (about $100 USD). But the real value is ongoing: every job you accept, you keep 90%. You're not working to make someone else rich. You're finally earning what your time and skill are worth.
