Kallakurichi: Keep 90% of What You Earn on Lumo

You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid

If you live in Kallakurichi, you already know: finding good work that actually pays what you deserve is harder than it should be. Too many jobs take too much of your time and give too little in return. You have real skills—driving, caring for animals, working outdoors—but too often, someone else is profiting from your effort.

Lumo is building something different. We're a marketplace where you keep 90% of what the customer pays. No hidden cuts. No surprises. You get paid the same day, every time. And right now, we're recruiting 300 independent contractors here in Kallakurichi to be ready as local customers start posting jobs.

Three Types of Work, Your Choice

When you join Lumo, you decide which jobs to accept and when to work. Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the roads and want flexible hours.
• Pet Care: Dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for families who need reliable help. Ideal if you're good with animals and enjoy spending time with them.
• Yard Work: Mowing, raking, hedge trimming, and garden clean-ups. Great for those who like working outdoors and take pride in a job well done.

You're not locked into one type. Accept the jobs that suit your schedule, your transport, and your strengths.

A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Your Effort

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo, and you'll earn a 9,462 INR loyalty bonus (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do good work. There are 100 bonus spots available right now.

You set your hours. You keep what you earn. You finally get paid what your labor is worth.
