Kanpur: Keep 90% of Every Job You Do – You're Worth More Than They're Paying You
Your Skills Are Worth More
Finding decent work in Kanpur right now isn't easy. Too many people with real skills – driving across the city, fixing household problems, caring for animals – are being underpaid for what they can actually do. You know your worth. The problem is that most platforms and employers take too much of what customers pay, leaving you with far less than the value you create.
Lumo works differently. When you complete a job, you keep 90% of what the customer pays. Not after fees are deducted. Not after hidden charges. Ninety percent goes directly to you, and you're paid the same day. You choose which jobs to accept, set your own schedule, and finally earn what your labor is actually worth.
Lumo is currently looking for 300 independent contractors across Kanpur. As local customers begin posting jobs, you'll be ready to start earning on your terms.
The Work Available
Lumo connects you with people in your area who need help with everyday tasks:
- Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Kanpur by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the roads and want flexible hours between other commitments.
- Handyman repairs: Mount TVs, fix doors, patch walls, and handle small household repairs. Ideal for anyone with basic tools and practical skills – you decide which jobs match your expertise.

You're in control. Accept the jobs that fit your schedule and skills. Turn down anything that doesn't.
