Kumasi: Your Skills Are Worth More Than You Think—Start Earning Today

Finding Good Work in Kumasi Is Harder Than It Should Be

If you've been searching for work in Kumasi, you already know how tough it is right now. Too many opportunities pay less than the effort they demand, and too many employers don't value what you bring to the table. But here's what most people miss: the skills you already have—driving around town, delivering items reliably, helping someone set up their phone or Wi-Fi—are worth real money. You don't need a new degree or certification. You need a platform that pays you what your labor is actually worth.

That's exactly what Lumo does. We're building a marketplace where people in Kumasi can earn on their own terms, keeping 90% of what they make and getting paid the same day they complete a job. You choose the work that fits your life. No boss setting your schedule. No waiting weeks for a paycheck.

Three Ways to Earn in Kumasi

Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors right now, and jobs will open as neighbors and businesses across Kumasi start posting requests. Here's the kind of work you can do:

Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter Restaurants, shops, and individuals need reliable people to get items where they're going. If you have a vehicle and know the streets of Kumasi, you can accept delivery jobs that work with your day. Every job is your choice.

Tech help: setting up Wi-Fi, TVs, printers and phones People constantly need help getting their devices working—connecting to the internet, setting up a new TV, troubleshooting a printer. If you're the person friends and family call when something won't connect, this work suits you.

Rides: driving neighbors to work, appointments and the airport Kumasi is a busy city, and not everyone has reliable transport. If you have a car and a clean driving record, you can offer rides on your own schedule and keep almost all of what you earn.
