Kumasi: Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid

The Job Search Is Exhausting—But You Already Have What Employers Want

Anyone looking for work in Kumasi right now knows how frustrating it is. You send applications, hear nothing back, or get offered wages that don't match the effort. Meanwhile, you already know how to do things people need every single day: deliver packages across town, help someone set up their router, or deep-clean a home before new tenants arrive.

Those aren't side skills. They're real work, and on Lumo, they pay like it.

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with neighbors who need local help. You choose the jobs, set your hours, and keep 90% of what you earn. No boss, no schedule imposed on you, and you get paid the same day you finish.

Three Types of Work, All Open in Kumasi Right Now

Lumo is recruiting 300 contractors across the city, and jobs go live as soon as customers post them. Here's the work available:

• Delivery: Move food, groceries, and packages across Kumasi by car, bike, or scooter. You decide which orders to accept and when to work.
• Tech help: Set up Wi-Fi networks, connect TVs and printers, troubleshoot phones. If you're the person friends call when something won't connect, this pays for that skill.
• Home cleaning: Clean apartments, family homes, and spaces after someone moves out. Detailed work that people truly appreciate and will pay well for.

Every job is something you choose. No pressure, no quotas.

A Loyalty Bonus Worth Showing Up For

You Decide What Your Time Is Worth

This isn't about working more. It's about finally getting paid fairly for what you already know how to do. If you live in Kumasi and you're tired of waiting for someone else to see your value, Lumo lets you prove it yourself.
