Kumasi: Keep 90% of Every Job You Do – You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid

You Already Have Skills That Are Worth Real Money

If you live in Kumasi and you've been feeling like your work doesn't pay what it should, you're not imagining it. Whether you're navigating Adum's busy streets on deliveries, running errands around Asokwa, or detailing cars in Nhyiaeso, the skills you already have—driving, running errands, cleaning—are valuable. The problem isn't you. It's that too many people are being paid less than their labor is actually worth.

Lumo is a marketplace that connects independent contractors in Kumasi with local customers who need help. You choose the jobs you want, set your own schedule, and here's the part that matters most: you keep 90% of what the customer pays. You get paid the same day, every time.

Three Types of Work You Can Do Right Now

Lumo is currently looking for 300 contractors in Kumasi to be ready as jobs are posted by local customers. Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the roads and want flexible work that keeps you moving.
• Errands: Help neighbors with pharmacy runs, returns, waiting in line, and shopping trips. Ideal for people who are organized, dependable, and good at getting things done.
• Mobile car detailing: Wash and detail cars right in the customer's driveway. Great for anyone with an eye for detail who enjoys hands-on work and doesn't want to be stuck in one location.

You're in control. You accept the jobs that fit your schedule and skills. No one else decides your hours.
