Kumasi: Keep 90% of What You Earn. Your Work Is Worth More.

You're Already Skilled. Now Earn What You Deserve.

Finding decent work in Kumasi right now feels like a losing battle. You have the skills—you can drive, you know how to get things done, you're reliable—but too many jobs don't pay what that's actually worth. You work hard and take home a fraction of what the customer paid. It doesn't add up.

Lumo is building something different. We're a marketplace connecting independent contractors with neighbors who need help, and we're hiring 300 contractors across Kumasi right now. The difference? You keep 90% of what the customer pays. Not half. Not some mystery percentage after fees. Ninety percent. You get paid the same day, you set your own hours, and you decide which jobs to accept. Your labor, your value, your terms.

Three Ways to Earn in Kumasi

Lumo is opening work in three categories, and you choose what suits your life:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you've got wheels and know the roads around Adum, Asafo, or Bantama, this is straightforward work. You pick the orders that make sense for your route and your schedule.

• Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors – Families and professionals need reliable help. You handle pickup, washing, folding, and return. It's steady work that fits around your day.

• Mobile car detailing: washing and detailing cars right in the customer's driveway – Bring your supplies and your skill. Customers want their cars cleaned at home, and they'll pay well for quality work done on-site.

A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Real Work

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a 1,166 GHS (about $100 USD) loyalty bonus. It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do the work.
