Finding Good Work Shouldn't Be This Hard

If you live in Kumasi, you already know: finding reliable work that actually pays what you're worth is a challenge right now. Too many people with real skills—whether you can drive across town quickly, detail a car until it shines, or help someone set up their router—are either underpaid or struggling to find steady opportunities.

Lumo is building something different. We're a marketplace that connects people who need help with skilled contractors right here in Kumasi who can do the job. And right now, we're looking for 300 people to sign up as independent contractors—so when local customers start posting jobs, you'll be first in line to claim them.

Three Types of Work, Your Choice Every Time

When you join Lumo, you decide which jobs to accept. Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Moving food, groceries, and packages across Kumasi by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the roads and want flexible hours.
• Mobile car detailing: Washing and detailing vehicles right in customers' driveways. Ideal if you take pride in thorough, quality work and have an eye for detail.
• Tech help: Setting up Wi-Fi, TVs, printers, and phones for people who need a hand with technology. Great for anyone comfortable with devices and patient enough to explain things clearly.

You're not locked into one type. Accept the jobs that suit your schedule, your skills, and your interests.
