Your Lagos Skills Are Worth Real Money—Start Earning on Lumo Today

Finding Good Work in Lagos Shouldn't Be This Hard

If you've been looking for decent work in Lagos, you already know how frustrating it is. Too many opportunities pay too little, demand too much of your time, or simply aren't there when you need them. Whether you're navigating traffic from Ikeja to Victoria Island, managing the rainy season commutes, or just trying to make ends meet in one of the world's most vibrant but expensive cities, you deserve work that respects your time and skills.

The truth is, you already have skills that people need—and they're worth real money. Driving through Lagos traffic, running errands, assembling furniture—these aren't just chores. They're services your neighbors are actively looking for help with, and they're willing to pay fairly for them.

Three Ways to Start Earning on Lumo

Lumo is a marketplace that connects independent contractors like you with local customers who need help. You choose which jobs to accept, set your own schedule, and keep 90% of what you earn. Here's the kind of work available:

Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the roads and have reliable transport. Every delivery is your choice—accept the ones that make sense for your day.

Errands: Help people with pharmacy runs, returns, waiting in line, and shopping trips. Ideal if you're organized, dependable, and good at getting things done efficiently. Pick the errands that fit your route and rhythm.

Furniture Assembly: Put together beds, desks, shelves, and flat-pack furniture for homes and offices. If you're handy with tools and instructions, this work pays well and suits your own pace.
