Lagos: Sign Up on Lumo Now and Be First in Line for Real Work

Finding Good Work Shouldn't Be This Hard

If you live in Lagos, you already know: the hustle is real, but too often the pay doesn't match the effort. Whether you're navigating traffic from Ikeja to Victoria Island or trying to make ends meet in Lekki, you deserve to be paid what your skills are actually worth. You can drive, you can care for animals, you can make a car shine—those abilities have value, and it's time someone recognized that.

Lumo is a new marketplace connecting independent contractors with customers who need local help. Right now, we're recruiting 300 workers across Lagos. Jobs will open as neighbors and businesses post them, and the people who sign up now will be first in line when they do.

Three Types of Work, You Choose What Fits

When you join Lumo, you decide which jobs to accept and when to work. Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Move food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. If you know the roads and can navigate Lagos traffic, this work suits you.
• Pet care: Dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for neighbors who need reliable help with their animals. Perfect if you're patient and love pets.
• Mobile car detailing: Wash and detail cars right in the customer's driveway. Bring your skills and tools, work on your schedule, and get paid well for quality work.

Keep 90%, Get Paid Same Day, Plus a Loyalty Bonus

On Lumo, you keep 90% of what you earn on every job. No waiting weeks for payment—you get paid the same day. And if you complete 100 jobs, you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 134,622 NGN (about $100 USD).

You set your hours. You choose your work. You finally earn what your labor is worth.
