Lilongwe: Get Paid What Your Work Is Actually Worth—The Same Day

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid

If you live in Lilongwe, you know how hard it is to find work that pays fairly and respects your time. Too many people with real skills—driving across town, keeping homes spotless, fixing and building things—are stuck in jobs that underpay and undervalue what they can do.

Lumo is changing that. We're a marketplace connecting independent contractors with people who need local help, and we're looking for 300 people in Lilongwe to join now. You bring the skills you already have. We bring the customers, the platform, and something almost no one else offers: you get paid the same day you complete the work.

No more waiting two weeks or a month for money you've already earned. On Lumo, you keep 90% of what customers pay, you choose which jobs to accept, and your earnings hit your account as soon as the job is done.

Three Types of Work, All on Your Schedule

Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Move food, groceries, and packages across Lilongwe by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the roads and want flexible hours.
• Home cleaning: Apartments, houses, and move-out cleans. Ideal for anyone who takes pride in thorough, reliable work.
• Furniture assembly: Putting together beds, desks, shelves, and flat-pack furniture for households and offices. Great for people who are patient, careful, and good with their hands.

You're not locked into one type. Accept the jobs that suit your day, your transport, and your strengths.
