London: Keep 90% of What You Earn – Your Skills Are Worth More
You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid
If you live in London and you've been grinding away at work that doesn't value what you bring, you already know: finding good work right now is hard. Too many people with real skills – driving across town, managing household tasks, solving problems on the spot – are being underpaid for what they can actually do.
Lumo is different. You use skills you already have, you choose the jobs you want, and you keep 90% of what the customer pays. No middleman taking half. No waiting weeks for your wages. You get paid the same day, every time.
We're looking for 300 independent contractors across London who are ready to earn what their labor is actually worth.
Three Types of Work, You Decide What Fits
Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter If you've got wheels and you know London's streets, delivery work lets you move at your own pace. Pick up food orders, groceries, or parcels and get them where they need to go. You choose which jobs to accept based on distance, pay, and your schedule.
Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors This one suits people who are organized and reliable. You collect laundry from local customers, wash and fold it properly, then return it on time. It's straightforward work that busy Londoners genuinely need help with.
Roadside assistance: jump-starts, flat-tire changes, lockouts and fuel drop-offs If you're handy and can solve problems under pressure, roadside assistance pays well. Drivers get stuck – dead batteries, flat tires, locked out of their cars – and they need someone nearby who knows what they're doing. You decide which calls to take.
A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Real Work
Complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo adds a 75 GBP loyalty bonus (about $100 USD) on top of your earnings. It's recognition for the contractors who show up and do the work right.
You set your own hours. You're not on someone else's clock. And you finally keep what you earn.
