London: Get Paid What You're Worth, The Same Day You Work

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Being Paid

Finding decent work in London right now shouldn't feel this hard. Whether you're between jobs, picking up extra shifts, or just tired of being underpaid for what you can do, the truth is simple: the skills you already have—driving across town, caring for animals, putting furniture together—are worth real money. You shouldn't have to wait weeks for a paycheck or accept wages that don't match the effort you put in.

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with local people who need help. You choose the jobs, set your own schedule, keep 90% of what you earn, and get paid the same day you complete the work. No waiting. No wondering if your time was valued fairly. Just straightforward pay for straightforward work.

Three Types of Work, All on Your Terms

Lumo is currently recruiting 300 contractors across London, and jobs open as local customers post them. Here's the work available:

• Delivery: Move food, groceries, and packages across London by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the streets—from Shoreditch to Brixton to Camden—and want flexible hours that fit around your life.
• Pet care: Dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for Londoners who need reliable help with their animals. Ideal if you're comfortable with dogs and cats and want work that feels rewarding.
• Furniture assembly: Put together beds, desks, shelves, and flat-pack furniture for people who'd rather not spend their Sunday wrestling with an Allen key. Great if you're handy and like straightforward, satisfying tasks.

You're not locked into anything. Accept the jobs you want, decline the rest, and work when it suits you.

A Loyalty Bonus That Actually Rewards Your Effort

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a 74 GBP loyalty bonus (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do the work.
