Los Angeles: Get Paid What You're Worth, Same Day You Work

The Problem With Getting Paid

If you live in Los Angeles—whether that's Hollywood, Koreatown, Silver Lake, Venice, or DTLA—you already know: good work is hard to find, and even when you find it, the pay doesn't match the effort. Too many people are doing skilled work for less than it's worth, and then waiting days or weeks to see their money.

You have real skills. You know how to drive across town, how to deep-clean a kitchen, how to make a car shine. That labor has value, and you shouldn't have to settle for someone else setting your rate or your schedule.

Work That Pays You Fairly, Right Away

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with people who need local help. You choose the jobs you want, set your own hours, and keep 90% of every dollar you earn. Most importantly: you get paid the same day you complete the work.

Lumo is currently recruiting 300 contractors across Los Angeles, so you'll be ready when job requests start rolling in from neighbors who need:

• Delivery: Move food, groceries, and packages across the city by car, bike, or scooter. You decide which deliveries make sense for your day.
• Home cleaning: Clean apartments, houses, and move-out spaces. Perfect if you're detail-oriented and take pride in a job well done.
• Mobile car detailing: Wash and detail vehicles right in customers' driveways. Bring the skills, set the price, keep most of what you make.
