Ludhiana: Turn Your Everyday Skills Into Real Income on Your Schedule
You Already Know How to Do Work That Pays
Finding decent work in Ludhiana right now shouldn't be this hard. Too many people with real skills—driving through city traffic, caring for animals, managing household tasks—are stuck in jobs that undervalue what they can do. You know how to get across town efficiently, you're reliable with pets, or you can handle laundry and returns without a second thought. Those everyday abilities are worth real money, and you deserve to be paid fairly for them.
Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with neighbors who need help. We're recruiting 300 people in Ludhiana to take on local jobs as they're posted by customers. You choose which jobs to accept, set your own hours around your life, and keep 90% of every payment. You get paid the same day, directly to your account. No waiting, no complicated splits—just fair pay for the work you do.
Three Types of Work, All on Your Terms
Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter This is straightforward pickup-and-delivery work around Ludhiana. If you have a vehicle and know the routes, you accept delivery jobs when they suit your schedule. Customers post requests, you choose which ones to take, and you earn immediately.
Pet care: dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in visits Many families and working professionals need someone trustworthy to walk their dog, check in on pets during the day, or provide sitting when they travel. If you're comfortable with animals and reliable, this work lets you build regular clients while controlling your calendar.
Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors This is exactly what it sounds like—pick up laundry from customers, wash and fold it properly, and return it on time. It suits people who are detail-oriented and dependable, and it's steady work as long as you deliver quality.
A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Your Effort
Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 9,505 INR (about $100 USD). That's on top of what you've already made from the jobs themselves. It's designed to recognize contractors who show up, do solid work, and build a track record on the platform.
Keep What You Earn
You keep 90% of every job payment. Lumo takes a small platform fee to connect you with customers and handle payments, but the bulk of the money goes straight to you. Same-day payment means you're never waiting weeks for what you've earned. You work, you get paid, you move forward.
