Lusaka: Keep 90% of What You Earn — You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid

You're Worth More Than What You're Being Paid

Finding decent work in Lusaka right now is harder than it should be. Too many people with real skills — driving, lifting, doing everyday tasks that neighbors need — are either underpaid or struggling to find consistent opportunities. If you can deliver a package, help someone move furniture, or pick up laundry, those abilities have value. Real value.

Lumo is a marketplace where you finally earn what your labor is actually worth. You keep 90% of what the customer pays. Not half. Not some mystery amount after fees and deductions. Ninety percent goes directly to you, and you get paid the same day you complete the job.

You choose your own hours. You pick which jobs to accept. No boss, no schedule imposed on you — just work that fits your life.

Three Ways to Earn on Your Terms

Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors in Lusaka right now. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the roads and want flexibility. You decide which deliveries to take.
• Moving help: Load trucks, carry furniture, assist with small moves. Suits anyone comfortable with physical work who wants to earn well for a few hours of effort.
• Laundry pickup: Collect laundry from busy neighbors, wash, fold, and return it. Ideal if you're detail-oriented and prefer working independently on a predictable task.

Every job is one you choose to accept. You're in control.

A Loyalty Bonus Worth Your Time

Complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo pays you a 2,015 ZMW bonus (about $100 USD) on top of your regular earnings. It's a thank-you for building trust with local customers and sticking with quality work.
