Melbourne: Get Paid What You're Worth, The Same Day You Work

Finding Fair Work in Melbourne Shouldn't Be This Hard

Too many people across Melbourne are working hard but getting underpaid for skills they already have. Whether you drive, care for animals, or can handle a washing machine, your labor has real value—and you deserve to be paid what it's actually worth, not what someone else decides you're worth.

Lumo is building a marketplace where Melbourne locals set their own hours, choose the jobs they want, and keep 90% of what they earn. No waiting weeks for a paycheck: you get paid the same day you complete the work.

Three Ways to Earn on Your Own Terms

Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors in Melbourne right now. You decide which jobs to accept, when you work, and how much you take on. Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Melbourne by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the streets and enjoy moving around the city.
• Laundry pickup: Collect laundry from busy neighbors, wash and fold it at home or a laundromat, then return it. Suits anyone with time, attention to detail, and access to laundry facilities.
• Pet care: Dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for Melbourne's animals. Ideal for animal lovers who want flexible work that gets them outdoors.

Same-Day Pay and a Loyalty Bonus

Every job you complete pays out the same day—no waiting, no uncertainty. Plus, finish your first 100 jobs and you'll earn a 144 AUD loyalty bonus (about $100 USD) on top of what you've already made.

Melbourne deserves workers who are valued properly. If you're ready to earn what your time is actually worth, sign up on Lumo today and start working on your terms.
