Mogadishu: Get Paid What You're Worth, The Same Day You Work

Your Work Deserves Fair Pay

Finding reliable work in Mogadishu shouldn't mean waiting weeks for payment or accepting less than your labor is worth. If you have a car, motorbike, or bicycle, if you know how to clean thoroughly, or if you're good at getting things done around the city, those skills have real value. Too many people with talent and experience are underpaid simply because they don't have options.

Lumo is changing that. We're a marketplace connecting independent contractors with neighbors who need help with everyday tasks. You choose the jobs you want, set your own schedule, keep 90% of every job, and get paid the same day you complete the work. No waiting until the end of the month. No wondering if you'll actually see what you earned.

Three Ways to Work on Your Terms

Lumo is recruiting 300 contractors in Mogadishu right now. Jobs open as local customers post them, and you decide which ones to accept:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Mogadishu by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the city well and have reliable transport.
• Home Cleaning: Handle apartment cleans, full homes, and move-out deep cleans. Ideal for detail-oriented people who take pride in thorough work.
• Errands: Pharmacy runs, product returns, waiting in line, shopping trips—the tasks that busy neighbors need help with. Great if you're organized and efficient.

Every job type lets you work when it suits your life. Early mornings, afternoons, evenings—you're in control.
